Zero Crossing Reversable High Voltage Supply (up to 8kV)

HPRZC Series

This power supply differs from the standard HP2.5R as it has zero crossing capacity that is controlled by ± 10 Vdc. The control about the zero has a fast response time, better than 10mSec @ 5kV peak to peak square wave between 10% and 90%. Output dead space approx. -100mV to +100mV (output Voltage undefined in this area). Ripple is less than 250mV peak to peak.

Input voltage: +24 V ±10% at 1 A and -15 V ±5% at 25 mA.

Control Voltage: -10 V to +10 V give -max. kV to +max. kV (e.g. -2.5 kV to +2.5 kV).
NB: Internal manual potentiometer control not fitted.
Load regulation: Less than 100 ppm for zero to max. load.
Line Regulation: Less than 20 ppm for 1 V change in I/P volts.
I Monitor: 0 to +10 V represents 0 to +500 uA, 0 to -10 V represents 0 to -500 uA.
Speed of Response: Better than 10 mS measured on a 5 kV peak wave between 10% & 90%
Temperature co-efficient: 25 ppm per ºC
Operating Temperature: 0 C to +45ºC

Size: 216 x 155 x 52mm. NB. Grounding of the case is via fixing bolts
Output Cable: URM43 length 0.5 metre
Input Connector: BERG 20 Way IDC header, mating connector and 300mm of ribbon cable supplied
